Can the AI answer as my assistant and take a message when I am not available?

Yes. Change the agent's greeting and prompt, and give it the Ask and Save tool.

1. Set the greeting to say you are not available, introduce the AI as your executive assistant, and ask for the caller's first name.
2. In the prompt, say that any time it speaks with someone it must capture their information and take a message.
3. Turn on Ask and Save so it collects the caller's name, email and phone and saves them to the contact.
4. Add a workflow to send an SMS to you, to the caller, or both, with the message.
