Can the calendar account for drive time between appointments?
No. Distance and drive time between appointments are not built into the calendar or bookables. There are workarounds:
Meeting buffers guarantee a set amount of time between events. This is not true drive time, but it leaves room to travel.
Separate calendars by area, for example one calendar for one side of town and another for the other side, on alternate days. This can be more efficient than driving back and forth.
For text-based booking, use the AI with a custom code step and the Google Places API. Set no buffer between appointments and have the AI calculate the drive time between the two addresses and add its own buffer, so it only books slots where the drive fits. The AI can write the custom code for you. On phone calls this may add latency.
